TEC is a comprehensive complex providing all the infrastructures and services needed for international conferences and training, including catering (restaurants and banquets), accommodation  (300  guest rooms), and convocation (theater and meeting rooms).It has 10,000  square meters of space, including one 1000-seat theatre, 6 ballrooms, and 30 function rooms. It has the capacity to host 6 parallel paper sessions as well as a poster exhibition.

TEC是一个综合性建筑群，为国际会议和培训提供所有所需的基础设施和服务，包括餐饮（餐厅和宴会）、住宿（300间客房）以及集会（剧院和会议室）。它拥有10,000平方米的空间，其中包括一个1000座的剧院、6个舞厅和30个功能室。它有能力举办6场并行论文会议以及一场海报展览。

Shanghai Institute of Early Childhood Education at Shanghai Normal University, founded on January 18, 2021, builds upon the legacy of the university's Department of Early Childhood Education, which was established in 2002 under the College of Education. It serves as a strategic platform for developing early education in Shanghai, positioning itself as a water reservoir for training future professionals, a refueling station for teacher development, and a thinking tank for theoretical research and innovation in early childhood education.

上海学前教育学院（上海师范大学学前教育学院）成立于2021年1月18日，其前身可追溯到2002年在教育学院下设立的学前教育专业。该学院作为推动上海学前教育发展的战略平台，致力于建设成为学前教育人才的“蓄水池”，为上海乃至长三角地区培养和输送更多本科和研究生学历的专业化学前教育师资与管理者；成为学前教育教师专业发展的“加油站”，成为全市学前教育教师向往的学习体验之地；成为学前教育理论研究和学术创新的“策源地”，更好地引领上海学前教育改革实践，更好地服务和落实“幼有善育”的重大使命。
